Will the AI invent things?
Enriched attributes carry the source they were read from, and validation returns a confidence score with the reasoning behind it. Where the evidence is thin, you get a low score rather than a confident guess — and nothing publishes until you say so.
Do we have to move off our current platform or PIM?
No. Catalog AI sits upstream of whatever you run. CSV in and out, or REST API in both directions. Your PIM stores product data; this produces and checks it.
How many products can go through at once?
Bulk jobs process in parallel with live progress and a webhook on completion. There is no per-job SKU cap — the limit is your credit balance.
What file formats can we import?
CSV, XLSX and XLS, PDF, JPG, PNG, WebP, and plain text. Up to 5 files per import, 20 MB each, 100 MB in total.
