Platform · Integrations

No migration. No connector to wait for. A file and an API.

Catalog AI sits upstream of whatever you run. Products go in by CSV or REST, finished data comes back the same way, and nothing about your storefront, PIM, or ERP has to change first.

Being straight about this

Most “integration” pages are a wall of logos.

They imply certified apps and one-click installs, and then the fine print says CSV.

So here it is plainly: Catalog AI integrates through CSV and through a REST API. Both are complete, both are documented, and both work with every platform on the market — including the ones a logo grid would not have listed.

That is a deliberate trade. Building fifteen shallow connectors would have cost the depth of the two paths that actually carry the work.

Surfaces

Every way data moves

Six paths in and out. Everything else is a combination of them.

CSV import
Products in, with sku, name, manufacturer, mpn, and brand. Duplicates skipped.
CSV update
Edit existing products in place, matched on internal ID, external ID, or SKU.
CSV export
The attributes you choose, for the products you choose.
Image export
Bulk download of sourced and generated product imagery.
REST API
Full read and write across products, jobs, brands, categories, and imports.
Webhooks
Job completion events pushed to an endpoint you register.
API reference, with request and response shapes

What this looks like on your stack

Storefront platforms

Export your product list from Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, or WooCommerce, enrich or validate it here, and import the finished CSV back. The round trip is the integration.

ERP and PIM

Systems with an API of their own are better served by ours. Push products in and pull enriched attributes back on your own schedule, driven by webhooks.

Marketplace feeds

Enrich to the attribute set your channel demands, validate before submission, and export the fields your feed builder expects.

TDCCommerce Unified ERP

Catalog AI is part of the TDCCommerce platform, so the same agents are available natively to teams running the unified ERP and storefront.

Data warehouses and internal tools

Everything readable in the interface is readable through the API, so pulling scores and job results into your own reporting is a scheduled script, not a project.

Whatever else you run

If it can produce a CSV or make an HTTP request, it can work with Catalog AI. That is deliberately a low bar.

The honest answers

Is there a one-click Shopify app?
Not today. The supported path is the CSV round trip or the API, both of which work with Shopify and with everything else. If a native connector would change your decision, tell sales which platform — that is how the roadmap gets ordered.
Do we have to replatform to use this?
No, and that is the point. Catalog AI produces and checks product data; where that data lives afterwards is entirely your call.
Can it write directly into our system?
Catalog AI does not push into third-party systems. It exposes the data; your side decides when and where to write it. That keeps the write path under your control and your audit.
What about keeping two systems in sync?
Store your system’s identifier as the external ID on each product. Every export carries it, so matching data back is a join rather than a guess.

Export a thousand products and send them through.
