One credit costs one dollar, and bonus credits are automatic. Spend $100 or more and 5% extra credits are added; spend $500 or more and it is 10%. The bands apply to any amount, so a $250 purchase earns the 5% band without needing a preset pack — buy a pack or type your own figure at checkout.

Every tier includes all six agents, unlimited team members, unlimited catalogs and products, custom attribute sets, the REST API, and webhooks. Enterprise adds a negotiated per-credit rate, raised API limits, invoicing, and a named contact.

What is a credit?

The unit of work, and it costs one dollar. Enriching one product consumes about one credit. Exact consumption depends on the AI model chosen and the tokens each product uses, so a simple product on Budget costs less than an obscure one on Ultra. Nothing else on the platform is metered.

What happens if we run out mid-job?

The job stops when the balance reaches zero. Enable auto-refill or top up before a large run — the estimate shown before the job starts is there to prevent exactly this.

Can we see the cost before committing?

Every job shows the estimated cost, your current balance, and what the balance will be afterwards, before it starts.

How do the bonus credits work?

They are applied automatically at checkout. Spend $100 or more and 5% extra credits are added on top; $500 or more earns 10%. The thresholds apply to any amount, so $250 earns the 5% band and $1,000 earns the 10% band. You do not have to pick a preset pack to get them.

Can we buy an amount that is not one of the packs?

Yes. Enter any whole dollar amount on the credits page and the bonus band that applies to that amount is added automatically.

Do you charge per user?

No. Invite the whole team. Seats are free on every tier, because a per-seat price would push you to share a login, which is worse for both of us.

Is there a minimum or a contract?

No minimum and no monthly commitment on self-serve. Buy credits when you need them.

How do we pay?

Stripe — cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay, ACH and SEPA, and regional methods where supported. Credits land as soon as payment clears. Enterprise accounts can be invoiced.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. Enterprise organizations run on a negotiated per-credit rate rather than a discount code, and it applies to every job the organization runs.

Can agencies keep client costs separate?

Yes. Each organization holds its own balance and its own purchases, so one client’s spend never lands on another’s invoice.
