Monitor your product enrichment platform activity and metrics.

Overview

The Dashboard provides a centralized view of your organization's activity, including enrichment jobs, credit usage, and product statistics.

Dashboard Sections

Organization Overview

At the top of the dashboard:

  • Organization Name: Current active organization
  • Credit Balance: Remaining credits available
  • Organization Switcher: Change between your organizations

Running Jobs

View currently active enrichment and validation jobs:

  • Job ID: Unique identifier
  • Job Type: Enrichment or Validation
  • Progress: X/Y products completed
  • Status: pending or processing
  • Model: AI model being used (Budget/Normal/Pro/Ultra)
  • Started: When job began
  • Created By: User who initiated the job

Quick Actions:

  • Click on a job to view details
  • See real-time progress updates
  • View estimated completion time

Recent Activity

Latest platform activity including:

  • Product enrichments completed
  • Product validations completed
  • New products added
  • API key creations
  • Credit purchases
  • Team member invitations

Product Statistics

Overview of your product catalog:

  • Total Products: Number of products in organization
  • Enriched Products: Products with enrichment history
  • Validated Products: Products with validation history
  • Pending Enrichment: Products waiting to be enriched
  • Failed Enrichments: Products that failed enrichment

Credit Usage

Visualize credit consumption:

  • Current Balance: Credits available
  • Usage This Month: Credits consumed
  • Average Cost Per Product: Typical enrichment cost
  • Projected Balance: Estimated balance based on usage

  • Add Products: Create new products

Using the Dashboard

Navigation

The dashboard is your home page after login. Access it:

  • Click the logo in the top-left
  • Select Dashboard from the sidebar
  • It's the default landing page at /dashboard

Real-Time Updates

The dashboard automatically refreshes to show:

  • Job progress updates
  • New transactions
  • Balance changes
  • Activity feed updates

Updates occur every 30 seconds or when you navigate back to the dashboard.

Filtering Activity

Filter recent activity by:

  • Date range
  • Activity type (enrichments, purchases, etc.)
  • User (who performed the action)

Metrics Explained

Enrichment Success Rate

Success Rate = (Successful Enrichments / Total Enrichments) × 100%
  • High success rate (above 90%): Good product data quality, valid URLs
  • Low success rate (below 70%): May indicate URL issues, inaccessible pages

Average Cost Per Product

Average Cost = Total Credits Used / Total Products Enriched

Useful for:

  • Budgeting future enrichments
  • Comparing model costs
  • Optimizing attribute selection

Credit Burn Rate

Burn Rate = Credits Used Per Day (or week/month)

Helps predict:

  • When to purchase more credits
  • Budget planning
  • Usage trends
